Will I see the book before it prints?
Yes. Every order receives a digital proof, and printing stays blocked until you explicitly approve it.
Can you make the book in my language?
Yes. Choose the finished book language first. We preserve the child’s words exactly as you submit them, prepare the surrounding labels in that language, verify the script and font, and show you every page before printing. If a script cannot be rendered safely, the order pauses for review instead of printing incorrectly.
Do you correct the child’s spelling?
No. The special spelling is the memory. We preserve it exactly unless you request a change during proof review.
Can I include photos or audio?
Not in the launch edition. V1 is intentionally text-only for a timeless design and a smaller data footprint.
How long does it take?
For U.S. launch orders, estimated production and delivery are 9–13 business days after final proof approval. International destinations open one at a time after live quote, tax, language, and sample checks; the current estimate is shown when a market is enabled. Estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates.
